I could go on for days and days about how wonderful working with Josh was. From the very first point of contact until the last, he was responsive, honest, and overall just good hearted in nature. As with any home project, there will be some hiccups and audibles along the way. Josh was an excellent communicator when it came to explaining the issue, the possible solves, and his recommendations. There was always an option and I really appreciated his honest opinion.

From start to finish they were great communicators about the project. I cannot stress enough how refreshing this was in dealing with a contractor. They would let me know when they were planning on being at the house, what their goals were and updates on progress and any unexpected snags. They have pride in their work and genuinely care about the customer and the finished project. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

If you are looking for an honest, hard-working, reliable contractor, we highly recommend Josh and Pacific Craft Construction. While other contractors might show up for a few hours and then go off to another job, Josh was here every day working away. Everyone talks of the horrors of remodeling. With Josh and his co-worker, Tim, the process was easy, and we are beyond happy with the results.

Synopsis: We removed a 30ft load-bearing wall running down the middle of my house. Pacific Craft Construction's owner, Josh, is knowledgeable, hard-working, and an all-around-good guy. We were in constant communication and he kept me updated every step of the way. And the results were fantastic. He does his own work and takes pride in the work that he does. He was very upfront and honest about any issues we were going to face during construction, and we worked together to find amenable solutions.

I would recommend Pacific Craft for any services listed on their website. Josh is very professional, reliable and detail oriented with his work. With all the extra work he had to do, the project was completed on time. My 12 year old German Shepherd even played with him. Thankfully Josh loves animals!

To say that Josh was great to work with, is an understatement. He and his assistant Timmy, were unbelievably professional, and so easy to work with. Josh came in with a ton of great ideas for how we could update our kitchen, and he was extremely collaborative throughout the entire process. Many times I've experienced contractors who were great at their job, but not the best in the customer service aspect of the job, but that is not the case at all with Josh. We have definitely found the person that is going to help us as we remodel other areas in our home, and have recommended him to all of our friends and neighbors as well.
