Northeast Ground-Up Shop Build with Attached ADU—Deschutes County, Bend, OR

Residing just outside Bend city limits, this project is the first sanctioned Deschutes County rural ADU and we faced plenty of hurdles as the county scrambled to untangle things on their end. The planning was therefore tedious and took longer than typical. The build involved ALL the trades making it mandatory that we collaborate with Pacific Power, Avion Water & TDS to tap into utilities. It was a new experience for us from which we learned & grew both as builders and as a company.
